Our Accommodation:

Our guest lounge is situated in what was the kitchen and dining room of the school master’s house. The original open fire provides a warm welcome during the colder weather. The lounge has a country sports theme and has a TV, DVD/CD player, maps, and touring information. Our small library includes the four stories of this area of the Borders written by the well know authoress Lavinia Derwent, a pupil at this school in the 1940’s, and several histories of the Border regions.

A secure wi-fi service is available and can be accessed from all parts of the accommodation.

The bed room on the first floor reflects our collection of antique children’s christening dresses. It has twin beds and period furniture. A private bathroom, with a nautical theme, is immediately next door.

The bed room on the ground floor has music as its theme. There is an antique brass and iron double bed and period furnishings. The en-suite shower room has ladies haberdashery as its theme.
