Our Accommodation:
Our guest lounge is situated in what was the kitchen and dining room of the school master’s house. The original open fire provides a warm welcome during the colder weather. The lounge has a country sports theme and has a TV, DVD/CD player, maps, and touring information. Our small library includes the four stories of this area of the Borders written by the well know authoress Lavinia Derwent, a pupil at this school in the 1940’s, and several histories of the Border regions. A secure wi-fi service is available and can be accessed from all parts of the accommodation. |

The bed room on the first floor reflects our collection of antique children’s christening dresses. It has twin beds and period furniture. A private bathroom, with a nautical theme, is immediately next door. |
|
The bed room on the ground floor has music as its theme. There is an antique brass and iron double bed and period furnishings. The en-suite shower room has ladies haberdashery as its theme. |
