Directions from the South:

From Corbridge take the A68 to Jedburgh or, from Newcastle take the A696 and A68 to Jedburgh. The England/Scotland Border at Carter Bar is 28 miles (45km) from Corbridge and 44 miles (70km) from the A1 at Junction 77 on the Newcastle by-pass. The Schoolhouse is 3.5 miles (5.6km) from this Border. Descend the hairpin bends of Carter Bar and continue north on the A68 for some 3.0 miles when you will see a turn-off to the right sign-posted to Edgerston Toffs and a lorry park on the left. (See Map 1). Continue for a further 0.5 miles on the A68, past the Edgerston Smithy, round a slight left-hand bend and, before the Church, take the next driveway to the left. This is marked by a white flag pole and our B&B sign which is illuminated at night. (See Map 2)

Directions from the North:

From Jedburgh head south on the A68 for exactly 7.0 miles (11.2km). A 6.2 miles from Jedburgh you pass Camptown village (See Map 1). Continue on the A68 for a further 0.8 miles up through a steep wooded section and past the Edgerston Manse on your right. As you pass the entrance to the Manse turn on your right indicator as our driveway is only 30m from the church on the next corner. Our driveway is marked by a white flag pole and our B&B sign which is illuminated at night. (See Map 2).
